Josh’s path to Maui was intentional, shaped by more than a decade of global exploration. From the Virgin Islands and Central America to Europe and Southeast Asia, he developed a deep appreciation for how people connect with the places they live. Ultimately, it was Maui’s unique blend of land, ocean, and community that inspired him to call the Valley Isle home.
With over 25 years of combined experience in construction and real estate, Josh brings a perspective few agents can match. After years as a contractor managing projects from ground-up builds to detailed finish work, he transitioned into real estate with a builder’s eye for quality and potential. Whether evaluating the craftsmanship of a $20M beachfront estate or the opportunity in an investment property, Josh understands what lies beneath the surface.
Since 2013, he has facilitated more than 180 transactions and $80M+ in sales volume. His approach is rooted in a “listen first” philosophy, recognizing that relocating to Maui or purchasing a second home is a major life transition.
